This workshop will explore the current implementation and experiments in decentralized governance systems. We will investigate the spectrum of governance mechanisms today, from cryptoeconomics, free market and plutocratic structures, to liquid democracy, futarchy and beyond. Drawing from the failures and successes of various approaches today, we will identify common pitfalls and best practices for builders and leaders of the decentralized web.
