Need to center yourself?  Sifu Young Wong will lead participants through a set of breathing and movement exercises that will demonstrate how chi gung can be used to clear the mind, relax the body, and dispel the bad energy that comes from everyday stress.

Sifu Wong will also gladly demonstrate how the application of chi gung can be awesome in fighting!
