Wonder what's bubbling up in Tokyo or Helsinki? What the Budapest bootstrapper has been working on under the radar? The latest decentralized concept with only a white paper...so far?  Then this track is for you.  We'll turn the stage over to those with up-and-coming ideas to demo their code and DWeb concepts for you in 4 minute bursts.

Line-up

Matilda Wysocki - I will talk about activist models of decentralization and their relevance for web theorists

Chris Gebhardt - Unity and Interoperability Among Decentralized Systems -> How adopting infocentric architecture and design patterns opens up broad new possibilities for decentralized networks and "post-application" software. (and related business models..)

James Prestwich - Riemann: Cryptocurrency development for Humans

Ainsley Sutherland - We will demonstrate our privacy protocol, which offloads private computation for blockchains, and teach guests how to write "secret contracts". We will discuss use-cases like voting that benefit from both data privacy and decentralization.

Tantek Çelik - IndieWeb. Taking back your content with practical decentralization steps

Gordon Mohr - Bringing "Petnames" to the @-Names Era

Eva Beylin - Mechanics and impact of decentralized financial networks

Charles Lehner - Scuttlebutt apps. Demoing git-ssb, patchfoo, scuttle-shell, and ssb-npm.
